The frank Agency is proud to announce the promotion of Joe Sallustio to Account Executive. Joe first came to The frank Agency almost four years ago as an Account Representative, and during his time here has worked his way up the ranks through several positions on the Account side of the business. We recently sat down with Joe to talk about his tenure at The frank Agency, what he’s learned during his time here, and what it’s like to be a soup champion. (Yes, you read that right!)
What initially drew you to The frank Agency?
The people and the culture. I remember being told in my first interview that “we work hard and play hard” and brushing it off as “that’s what every company says”. THEY WERE NOT LYING! From Nerf Wars to office putt-putt to spontaneous happy hours, we truly do play HARD! And since everyone gets along so well, we’re always able to push each other to provide top-quality work.
How did you choose (or end up in) this particular line of work?
I actually started out pre-Med for a couple of semesters before realizing I did NOT want to go to school for basically half of my life. Solving problems and finding creative solutions were something I always excelled at, so when I looked into Advertising, it simply just felt right. And thankfully that was one of the best decisions I ever made—I love my job!
What have you learned during your time at The frank Agency? What do you think has been your biggest accomplishment here so far?
I’ve gained a ridiculous amount of knowledge in my time here. We have ‘wizards’ on staff that are truly remarkable in their disciplines, and working day-in-and-day-out with them has allowed me to learn something new and valuable every single day.Gaining that knowledge is probably the biggest or most important accomplishment for me; but as far as the one I’m proudest of, I’d have to go with 2014 and 2015 Best Soup winner.
What do you hope to accomplish in your new role?
To continue to provide exceptional service to each and every one of our clients – and to win 2016 Best Soup for the three-peat!
