The frank Agency is excited to welcome Hilary Yost, new Senior Account Executive! To help us get to know Hilary better, we asked her a few questions about her career aspirations, her personal interests and how she ended up at frank.
How did you end up in the world of account management? In high school I worked on the yearbook staff and learned how much I loved the advertising aspect. When I first started college, I decided to take a journalism course, and realized that was the career for me. I ended up working on the account side so I could build a relationship with my client and could bring my detail-oriented and organization skills to the account.
What initially drew you to The frank Agency? The ability to work in a close-knit environment with truly passionate marketers that work towards bringing the client the best service.
What was your first impression of The frank Agency? In attending local marketing organization awards events like the KCDMA AMBIT Awards, I have been witness to The frank Agency winning a large amount of awards. My first impression was that the agency was focused on the client’s needs and data in order to drive the best results.
What are you looking forward to in your position at The frank Agency? The ability to work with a talented group of people that are passionate about the industry and clients.
And now for some fun personal questions!
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? How did that pan out for you? I wanted to be a singer, but I realized I have terrible stage fright and that would never be a valuable career for me.
What is your ultimate vacation destination? There are several destinations on my bucket list including Peru (Machu Picchu and hiking the Inca Trail), Patagonia, Europe, and Thailand. Oh yeah, and whale watching in Alaska. The list goes on and on but those are a few of the top choices.
If you won the lottery, what would you do with the winnings? Open an animal shelter for homeless animals to help reduce the large stray population and find the animals loving homes. I would love to save all stray animals if I could.
