Susan Reiter Named KCDMA Direct Marketer of the Year!

""

We are proud to announce that our very own Susan Reiter has been named the Bob Stone Direct Marketer of the Year by the Kansas City Direct Marketing Association (KCDMA).

Started more than 30 years ago, the Bob Stone Direct Marketer award recognizes the highest achievement in industry leadership, and is presented each year to someone in the KCDMA community who exemplifies innovation, ethics in marketing, and selfless contribution to the club and the data-driven marketing community. According to the KCDMA, the ideal candidate for the award is an educator on data-driven marketing topics, a long-time or heavily involved member of the KCDMA, and someone who inspires others with their passion for direct marketing. Anyone who knows Susan knows she hits all three points on the head!

Susan has been involved with the KCDMA for many years, even serving a term as the association’s president from 2011 to 2012. Today she serves on the board of directors for the KCDMA Education Foundation. Her passion for education goes beyond the foundation, however, and has reached many on an individual level. Sarah Cline, Vice President of Business Development at The frank Agency, says of her, “Susan has taken a hands-on approach to educating and training many agency associates over the years. From one-on-one mentoring, to regular lunch-and-learn sessions, to supporting and encouraging participation in professional programs, Susan has personally influenced and guided a large group of direct marketing evangelists.”

Susan will be honored at the AMBIT Awards gala on March 24th, along with Carolyn Anderson, Social Media Manager at VisitKC and this year’s Young Direct Marketer of the Year.

Congratulations, Susan! We couldn’t be more proud.
