The frank Agency is proud to announce the promotion of Susan Reiter to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Throughout her 27 years with the agency, Susan has done it all. From her beginnings as a Direct Mail Coordinator and several key management positions in-between, she has risen through the ranks to her most recent role as Executive Vice President/Director of Client Service.
During that time, Susan has been instrumental in educating and evolving the agency’s clients from traditional direct response channels, such as direct mail and DRTV, to also include digital channels such as paid search, targeted display, social media and email. But no matter the channel mix, Susan is always laser-focused on one aspect of our clients’ marketing above all others: RESULTS. She not only oversees the account management group, but leads strategic planning and direction to provide our clients with marketing solutions that truly impact the growth of their business in a positive way.
As COO, Susan will provide agency-wide leadership, management and vision, as she helps guide The frank Agency in the execution of growth-focused strategies. In addition to fostering a success-oriented, accountable environment within the agency, she will also act as a “client-care officer,” regularly monitoring client satisfaction levels through direct contact with every client and partner.
