Promotion Spotlight: Brett Suddreth to VP of Interactive Marketing

""

The frank Agency is proud to announce the promotion of Brett Suddreth to Vice President of Interactive Marketing! Brett came to The frank Agency just a few short years ago, but in his time here has made a big impact. We recently sat down with Brett to talk about his work at The frank Agency, what he’s learned in his time here, and what he’s looking forward to in his new role.

What initially drew to you The frank Agency?

I truly believed it was a sleeping giant. The agency has been around since the 1980s but had only been putting a strong emphasis on digital marketing over the last several years. With the agency’s deep roots in direct marketing and then with the influx of digital-focused talent, I truly felt like I could help make The frank Agency one of the best full-service shops in the country.

How did you come to work in digital marketing?

My agency life actually started on the Account Services side. I spent 5 years helping various clients improve their bottom line. While doing so, I did several cross-promotional marketing campaigns that focused on drive-to-retail, or drive-to-website, strategies. The biggest one was a joint activation with AT&T and Starbucks when AT&T took over the WiFi responsibilities at all Starbucks nationwide.

That campaign really got me interested in Interactive Marketing and I have been hooked ever since. I quickly discovered the power of the internet/websites as it relates to growing a brand’s presence and customer base. I made the jump full-time to the Interactive side of the agency world a couple of years later and have been there ever since.

What have you learned during your time at The frank Agency? What do you think has been your biggest accomplishment here so far?

I have learned quite a bit about the agency’s direct marketing lineage. I was blown away with the capabilities that the agency has when it comes to interacting with our customers’ clients on a one-to-one basis. This has really given us a competitive advantage when building out digital campaigns, which, in my opinion, not a lot of digital shops have.

The success of the SEO team is what I would consider the biggest accomplishment. Starting from the ground up (with one employee on the team), we have built one of the best SEO teams in the country. It’s very exciting!

What do you hope to accomplish in your new role as VP of Interactive Marketing?

To expand our Interactive Marketing footprint and services. We have just scratched the surface of our digital capabilities and we are working on offering even more digital marketing options for our clients. Stay tuned for more…

Please join us in congratulating Brett on this well-deserved promotion!
